Jason Kelce has revealed the time he and his brother Travis got into a childhood fight and it got out of hand.
The NFL star, who plays as center for the Philadelphia Eagles, recently spoke to Shaq O’Neill on his podcast. He divulged the feuding brothers fought over a game – of basketball that is. Jason Kelce, the older sibling of the two, even recalled how the row got so bad their dad Ed was hurt unintentionally. Travis Kelce is currently in Australia after flying 9000 miles to see his girlfriend as she continues her Eras Tour. The duo were spotted on a date at Sydney Zoo yesterday after he landed. The celebrity couple‘s relationship has skyrocketed the Kelce family to further fame. Adorably, they’ve not said a bad word against Taylor Swift. Let’s hope they never get into a discussion over basketball then…
Jason Kelce says he and his brother Travis’ fight over basketball went too far

The 36-year-old appeared on the famous athlete’s show, The Big Podcast, to talk all things football, family and being a Kelce.
The fight happened when the All-pro center Jason was a high school junior, and Travis was a freshman. Despite being the older brother, Trav, now 34, was taller than him at the time when they were growing up.
He explains as they played hoops in the backyard, Travis made Jason angry because he wasn’t missing any shots during the game. Then Jason fouled Travis and taunted the younger Kelce by saying he couldn’t see any referee calling the foul. But then Trav threw the ball at him at the start of the fight before heading back inside.
Jason, angry and ramped up with teenage hormones, followed the Kansas City Chiefs star into the house. This is when he punched him the face.
But he admitted: “I don’t know how it got that heated. Every time before that, he would cry or whatever.
“He took this punch, scooped me up off my feet and slammed me on the kitchen floor so hard the oven got knocked off the rack it was sitting on”.
Sounds intense.
Ed Kelce had to come in to stop the row

Jason, who is married to Kylie Kelce, says it continued. But the “full-on fist fight” got so bad, their father Ed had to intervene.
As he grabbed Jason from behind, Travis pushed his brother and he fell on top of their dad. But the fall ended up breaking his ribs. Apparently, Ed’s scream of pain stopped the brawl as they realized what had happened unexpectedly.
Jason says it’s the last fight he and Travis have had in the Kelce household.
Phew, glad over that one.
The brothers were up against each other in the Super Bowl last year when both their teams had reached the final. Despite rooting for their own teams, they still supported each other and were seen hugging after the match.
Jason is Trav’s biggest supporter too, much like their parents, Ed and Donna, he’s at a lot of games when he’s able to aside from his busy sports schedule. Jason was seen ripping his shirt off and screaming with pride after seeing his younger sibling score a touchdown earlier this season.
Exactly what we want to see.
